As a mother of two daughters I really feel my girls have been looked after well. Dr Askew monitors my little girl very regular and gives great advice regarding her eczema. I feel like the doctors genuinely care. Matt Johnson is great as well and deserves credit. It's very easy to get an appointment with Matt who offers great advice and sees you very quickly. Sometimes you do have to wait but so what the person's before you probably does need more time. I like all the doctors personally.

This is my local doctor's surgery. Have been a patient here since it opened over 20 years ago and slowly the waiting times have increased and available appointments slots dramatically decreased. Can't say wether the govt cuts are to blame or increase in numbers registered here or the management of the surgery. Great doctors here such as Dr Rana, excellent nurses such as Jeannette and brilliant reception staff such as Oliver.

Exactly what a GP practice should be. I cannot thank them enough for the care and time they have given to my family. The medical staff LISTEN and if they feel you need extra attention they are there for you. Matt Johnson is definitely the main superstar, the doctors are great too. For those who have problems ordering repeat prescriptions, get in touch with West Point Pharmacy. Not only do they order your prescription for you, but collect it and if necessary deliver to.
