Wonderful deco style building that houses probably the biggest whole foods in the UK. Spread over three floors with a food court and other restaurants. Also a fantastic cheese room that's worth a trip alone. Always very nice to look around, great selection of baked goods and fruit + veg.

The food on the shelves provides a good selection. My issue is with the hot food counter. I can only

The food on the shelves provides a good selection. My issue is with the hot food counter. I can only assume the offer appears to depend on left over raw food for from the fresh food sections. 5 types of chicken wings (hardly the whole foods target market) ??No potatoes yesterday (the excuse was the chef wasn't cooking them today?? and the usually gunky grey dishes made predominantly of thick sauces and minimal protein. Having used whole foods in Canada for many years I know they can do better

Went there purely as it was Open Day recruitment. Major error with 2 photographs on their upstairs wall. Place is not bright & cheerful. A bit dark & dingy. Even staff moan food there is too expensive, even though they are entitled to discount!
