I parked there recently : what a surprise !!, no urine smell, painted , brightly lit, little graffiti and security patrol which provides safety . Early bird at $15 and evening rates start earlier and more competitive Lift being repaired and Staff courteous,,no longer Wilson managed

Probably the worst car park in Melbourne. The lift is filthy, stinks of urine, and is almost always broken. There is broken glass in several of the parking bays on level 1 - it has been there since before Christmas. On top of that: until a couple of weeks ago, the price for Earlybird parking was $16. Last week they put it up to $20 with no warning. Then this week they put it up to $25. Considering the state of the car park (and the perpetually broken lift), they are in absolutely NO POSITION to increase the price by almost 60%. Avoid avoid avoid.

Do not use this car park for any reason. These cowboys have lifted their price today for no reason, not warning. Elevators do not work, and heavily vandilised (don't even bother trying them). Ticket machines work only when they want to. The area is filthy dirty with litter, broken glass, obikes, etc everywhere, smells terribly of urine and graffiti on every level. People seem to park where they shouldn't without reprise. This place should be condemned and shut down. Only giving one star because I cannot leave less. This place is an embarrassment to Melbourne.

Lift doesn't work for a long time. It's the most dirty lift

Revolting. Filthy, the lift is totally vandalised and stinks of urine. Car parks are tiny and there is graffiti and puddles of urine everywhere. Avoid.
