Worst car park, aside from the fact the lift is always broken (as others have already explained) they decided to change their process for early bird parking which for at least a year that I have been parking daily there has always been acceptable using a card as tap and go during the advised hours. There was zero signage to suggest a change although they did have an attendant who and I quote "made an assumption that I had a monthly pass" so didn't feel the need to say anything. After a phone call I was told the process change didn't actually take affect until a week later. Wilson's parking knowingly over charged me and offered zero apology for this. To top it off I now have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back. Will never park here again!
