Great little museum. Found it really interesting full of local history. Cheap enough entrance fee, great exploring the tunnels kids loved it wearing their hard hats! Great glass blowing demonstration. Nice cafe for a quick bite to eat and outdoor seating. Well worth a visit. Good way to spend an afternoon. Really helpful staff, couldn't have done more to help.

Lovely people. Lovely cafe. Lovely food. You can even leave a donation for the less fortunate to have a hot drink and a dinner. Fabulous idea. Fun area for kids. They also have a small gift area.

Fun day out with the kids. History and art in one place. Low cost entry. Little cafe drinks and quick bites. Watch live glass blowing. Buy some ornaments in the gift shop...also have an art gallery and after closing events like youth art competition.

Came with the school children of Dovedale primary on Wednesday, we all had a lovely day. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient with the kids, as was all other staff on glass painting, and glass variables. Has a small museum inside that was very interesting, the cone building was great and the show at the end on glass blowing was so good. Will be returning with my own children soon! Thank you.
