We called Z Best to refinish our 1930's hardwood and install new wood floors in our kitchen. Davis met us that night at our house and knew exactly what to do. His workers were professional and efficient. Our floors look incredible! The new floor and the 80 year old floor are virtually indistinguishably shiny and gorgeous. Unless you're a real floor weirdo and stare really closely, they look the same, and even then I think the spot would have to be pointed out. There were a couple of spots of water damage in our TV room, and so they did a couple of extra passes. No more damage! Twenty/thirty years from now when we have to refinish again, we're definitely calling Z Best.

Z Best has been an excellent hardwood flooring company for me. I had old oak hardwood flooring in my LR and DR and wanted to extend it into my kitchen. Davis's team blended the new flooring into my existing flooring, then stained the new to perfectly match the old. Finally, a light sand and new poly. They were clean, neat and did the job according to their planned timetable. Looks great.

We have used Z Best 2 times now. Both times we have received the best customer service and our floors look beautiful! Davis and Hanni are wonderful and their team of guys do fabulous work! Highly recommend!

Z Best offered a competitive price to fix a job botched by our previous contractor. We hired Z Best to fix a patch in our quarter-sawn white oak floor, in an old home. Wilmer and his coworker were quick and totally pro--using wood from our closet to make a seamlessly laced patch in our kitchen. The finish is remarkably better than the job our previous contractor did. Communication and attitude by Z Best was just what one would want in a professional--informative, courteous, and available! We will call Z Best again when we need a buffing and recoat. A pleasure doing business!!

Rude on the phone when I called about arranging for a hardwood floor refinishing estimate. Abruptly informed by the woman who answered that they don't do estimates on Saturday. I said "thank you" and hung up. As my first contact with the business, it did not encourage me to even consider hiring them.
