1) Customer Service: greeted with the usual french attitude... I'm french american, so I'm used to it, but it actually sticks out more when contrasted with Zara US. 2) Technology: 2 of their 3 cash registers were down. I waited 30 minutes to buy a 9Euro bag 3) Operational Fail: The bag that I wanted to buy that was on a rack for sale was apparently no longer for sale. I had wasted ~45m of my life. Thanks Zara Paris
