Horror Story of Moroccan Bath! I went to this salon few times before. However this time was really horrible experience. Really I never thought that such simple treatment as Moroccan bath can end up like that. To begin with, room was not hot, the bed I was lying on was cold, I told therapist that i actually feel cold. Wow cold inside moroccan bath:) So I ended up with my back and partially my front body skin very damaged. Over scrubbed to the point that its all very red and burning like hell. I tried to put lotion and burning sensation was extreme! Really I am in so much pain & not sure what I can do to treat it. After horror moroccan bath i was taking to treatment room for a facial. They have some kind of treatment table with heating system in it. Table was so hot I was about to boil on it and told therapist to turn it off immediately. Therapist for my facial was actually nail/wax specialist and definitely did not know anything about facials. I understand it was a special deal and I can't expect much however as of right now I am still in real pain. I am not sure if complaining to some goverment department will help and really refunding my money will not fix my damaged skin. So just a review and hope that nobody else will experience above so DONT go to this salon.
