This business agreed to replace the display on my iPhone 8. They offered a 30 day warranty and lowered the price of the repair if I paid cash. I asked for a receipt and was told the warranty would go through the computer system as it is tracked. Prior to the 30 day warranty, I called and notified the tech and manager to replace the screen (as this has happened before and other businesses stated somethings they get bad screens and replaced the screen at no cost) because the touch screen was unresponsive, although all of the other functions of the phone were working properly. They both refused and accused me of causing damage. Very unprofessional, their part was faulty, and they refuse to fix the screen at cost.
